As a consumer, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Complete this form to notify your withdrawal — a time-stamped acknowledgment will be sent to you by email. Return shipping costs remain at your charge, and any depreciation of the goods (in particular the unsealing of sealed products) is deducted from the refund, as described in our refund policy.
