When will my pre-order ship?+

As soon as the product reaches our warehouse, your order ships with tracking. The estimated date and delivery options are shown on the product page; if the date is not yet known, we email it to you as soon as it is confirmed.

Can I cancel my pre-order?+

Pre-orders are firm: they cannot be cancelled at the customer’s request. This rule applies without prejudice to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Uturi Trading reserves the right to cancel a pre-order (inability to secure a copy, logistics incident) with an immediate full refund.

Is payment charged immediately?+

Yes, full payment is taken at checkout: this is what firmly reserves your copy on very limited-quantity products.

Can I order other items at the same time?+

You can, but the pre-order always ships separately, on its own date. To receive your in-stock items as fast as possible, we recommend placing two separate orders.
